FYCS Club Meeting  January 29, 2004

 

Social- There will be a social on February 6, 2004 at CiCi’s Pizza at 6:00pm

 

Service- February 29, 2004- American Assembly (10am-4pm conference)

-         Smokey Bear Project

 

Career- Carrer Fair will be held March 17, 2004 from 8am-2pm at the Reitz Union Collonade.

-         If interested in being on the committee contact Janet Johnson.

 

Academic- make sure all FYC classes use webct, yahoo group, or listserv

-         Study sessions

-         A regular block every week for study sessions on Wednesdays at 12:00pm

-         T-shirts

 

Teacher Appreciation- After we get more funds we plan to do something for the teachers in the FYCS department.

 

Announcements:

-         Next meeting will be held on February 12, 2004 in Matherly 18 at 6:30pm

-         There will be a Career Committee meeting on February 5, 2004 at 6:00pm. Contact Janet Johnson for more information.

-         An officer’s meeting will be held on February 10, 2004 at 9:30am in Nick’s office (Stuzin Hall 100).
